Module 01
The investor entry point. A live WebSocket rail streams fleet tier digests every two seconds. GPU-instanced swarm shows 12 pilot vehicles; click any row to jump into twin focus.

Per-vehicle 3D digital twin with true WebGL SE(3) extrinsic frames. CRLB ellipsoid glyphs show which calibration axes are observable — solid for identifiable, hatched for unobservable.
Module 03
deck.gl + MapLibre dark basemap with tier-colored markers. Route segments color-track CRLB identifiability along driven paths. TripsLayer replay with time slider for narrative demos.
Module 04
14-day survival curves with confidence bands from the HSMM posterior. Fleet forecast rank surfaces which vehicles cross CRITICAL first — the "when" investors ask about.

Module 05
3D factor graph laid out from real evidence bundles — telemetry → SE(3) EKF → BOCPD → tier → signed export. SE(3) replay scrubber with geodesic interpolation and changepoint markers.
Module 06
Intervention planner for fleet ops. Stack recalibration and alignment checks, run a counterfactual forecast, and show ΔP(CRITICAL) — without mutating fleet state (read-only demo key safe).
