Two people, a working system, and a lot left to build.
We are not going to pretend this is a company with a careers page in the usual sense. It is two founders, a detection stack that works, pilots in progress, and a specific set of problems that would suit a particular kind of person.
The work
What is actually hard here.
The modelling problem is attribution. Separating drift that arrived with the repair from drift that accumulated on the road, on heterogeneous fleets where the available signals differ by vehicle group, is the part that decides whether the product is trusted or ignored. It is a statistics problem with an operations deadline attached.
The systems problem is doing that at a million-plus frames a day, inside a customer's own tenancy, on hardware they chose, with an evidence artefact at the end that has to verify offline years later. The product problem is refusing to overstate any of it while still being sellable.
None of these are solved. Several of them are solved badly and we know which.
How we work
Claims travel with their method.
The operating rule is that a number is not shippable until the method that produced it ships alongside it. That applies to the product, where thresholds and model versions are signed fields in the evidence bundle, and it applies internally, where a result without a reproduction is treated as a hypothesis.
We argue in public, or at least in writing. The roadmap has unbuilt work drawn as outline, the funnel shows the flags that never got dispatched, and the coverage matrix admits which signals do not arrive. If that reads as excessive candour for a company trying to sell something, it is — deliberately.
People who want to own a whole problem rather than a ticket, who are comfortable being told their claim is too broad, and who would rather ship something narrow that holds than something wide that needs footnotes.
Anyone who needs a defined scope, a stable roadmap, or a company that already knows what it is. We are none of those things yet and will not be for a while.
