The metric: Evidence Points
Evidence Points (EP) score one business day. Outcomes from buyers and from ground truth earn most of them; code earns a little, and only when it moves a benchmark or serves a customer. Build points are capped at 3 a day, so a day of pure coding can never outscore one real conversation.
